 | Joe Carta - Founder and President
Joe is the Founder and President of CENTURY 21 Horizon (formerly Joe Carta Realty). An active broker in California for more than 20 years, Joe shares his extensive experience with our agents and staff in both day-to-day interoffice workings and in weekly training. His leadership and guidance, coupled with his open door policy, enable our agents to benefit from his wealth of knowledge. |
 | Catalina Duarte - Office/Operations Manager
As Office/Operations Manager, Catalina Duarte is in charge of human resources and all office operations. She manages our most valuable assets -- our people and our workplace -- ensuring that the CENTURY 21 Horizon office runs smoothly both for our staff and for our clients. |
 | Colleen Jackson - Property Management Manager
Colleen is our Property Management ("PM") Manager and a Real Estate Agent. Her support and service to our income-producing clients are constant reminders of the teamwork that has made CENTURY 21 Horizon a success. Colleen provides services to existing Property Management accounts and acquires new Property Management clients, showing rental properties, performing move-in and move-out inspections, coordinating work order requests and follow-ups with vendors, and more. |
 | Amy Casey - Bookkeeper
Bookkeeper Amy Casey is our "show me the money" gal, processing all of CENTURY 21 Horizon's escrow distributions, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. She also handles bookkeeping for the Property Management department. |
 | Liza Galvan - Weekday Administrative Assistant
Call or visit us on a Monday through Friday, and you're likely to meet front office administrative assistant Liza Galvan, who provides support to our agents, to the Property Management Department, and to Catalina. She answers phones, assists agents, takes care of floor time distribution, and works on various property management and company projects. |
 | Laura Curfman - Property Management Assistant
Laura Curfman also assists Colleen in the Property Management Department, primarily by showing properties to prospective tenants who are looking for the perfect spot to call home in San Diego. |
